“Delivering quality, relevant, out-of-school time programming to today’s youth and families”

In 2018, the Boy Scouts of America announced major changes to its Cub Scout membership and welcomed over 70,000 young ladies into its Cub Scout program nation-wide.

In February 2019, the iconic Boy Scout program for middle school and high school aged youth changed its name to Scouts, BSA and chartered stand-alone troops for girls.  Nationally over 14,000 girls have joined over 1,000 new troops.

Today, the Three Fires Council is expanding and improving its camping facilities to meet the needs of today’s families.  Camp Big Timber is receiving its first significant upgrade in nearly 30 years and we continue to expand programs to not only encourage conservation but also S.T.E.M.
